The perfect event, every time!

Peonies and Lace event services are designed to take the burden off event coordination. Our goal is to free up YOUR time and let someone else hand the minute-to-minute decisions and organization. This lets you enjoy your event with all of your guests.

Events come in a very wide array of shapes and sizes, so we offer several different services to best suit your needs.

Large Events

300 persons + (excluding weddings)

  • Completely outsource your event to us and let us handle everything
  • We will take however many meetings and phone calls as required to make sure the event is up to your precise standards
  • We will handle venue selection, reservation, catering, setup, tear-down and everything in between
  • Unfortunately we do not offer multi-day services at this time

  • We love our community and would love to work with you to make your event as wonderful as possible

All prices exclude decor rental or purchase. Additional decor rental or purchase for your event will be an additional cost. Planning costs do not include the fees for additional staff or services such as caterers, audio/video specialists (DJs/presenters), florists, photographers/videographers, and cleaning personnel.

Events outside of Calgary will incur an additional travel fee. Fee is variable and will be discussed as part of your event package.
